Do I need a Medical License and or Injection privileges to order?
Yes. You must have a Medical State License and or Injection privileges as an Acupuncturist or Chiropractor to Register and or Order injections.
What is a 503A and 503B Pharmacy?
A 503A Pharmacy is Registered by State and Federal agencies and requires Meds to be ordered Patient specific. A 503B Pharmacy is Registered by State and Federal agencies and Meds can be ordered in bulk, with NO RX Required.
Can the Injections/Meds be shipped to my Clinic?
Yes, absolutely, from both 503A and 503B.
How many vials can I order per Patient?
You may order up to 2 vials per Patient from the 503A. In bulk from the 503B.
How many refills can be on the prescription form?
You may put up to 11 Refills per Injection/Meds on each Patient RX form.
Who prepares and dispenses the medications?
All medications are prepared, dispensed, labeled, and shipped by licensed U.S. pharmacies, including 503A and/or 503B pharmacies, in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.
Who ships the medications?
Medications are shipped directly from the licensed pharmacy fulfilling your order. Injecta Connect does not handle or store medications.
Are products available for patient or consumer purchase?
No. Products available through Injecta Connect are intended for in-office clinical use by licensed healthcare professionals only and are not sold directly to patients or consumers.
Does Phoenix Meds provide medical advice or treatment guidance?
No. Phoenix Meds does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, or clinical guidance. All medical decisions are the responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider.
Are orders subject to pharmacy approval?
Yes. All orders are subject to review and approval by the fulfilling licensed pharmacy, which determines eligibility based on regulatory and professional requirements.
Are products available in all states?
Product availability may vary based on state and federal regulations, pharmacy licensure, and applicable laws. Availability is confirmed during the ordering process.
How is patient or order information handled?
Required forms and order information are routed securely to the licensed pharmacy for processing. Injecta Connect facilitates this process but does not provide patient care or act as a healthcare provider.
Does Phoenix Meds manufacture or compound products?
No. Phoenix Meds does not manufacture or compound any medications. All compounding and preparation is performed by licensed pharmacy partners.
